Return Policy

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there has been an error on our part or you have received a defective item. We cannot refund an item simply because you don't like its smell.
  2. If an item breaks during shipping, we will replace or remake it, but do require a photograph of the broken item emailed to us first.
  3. You have 30 days to contact us about any defects or broken candles. Items can only be replaced with the same item purchased.
  4. Contact us before cancelling an order! It's easy for us to fix an address or incorrect item.
  5. We cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased from a third-party vendor.
