- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there has been an error on our part or you have received a defective item. We cannot refund an item simply because you don't like its smell.
- If an item breaks during shipping, we will replace or remake it, but do require a photograph of the broken item emailed to us first.
- You have 30 days to contact us about any defects or broken candles. Items can only be replaced with the same item purchased.
- Contact us before cancelling an order! It's easy for us to fix an address or incorrect item.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased from a third-party vendor.
